How long have you been in business?
I've been in the design business for 18 years.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary service is marketing support services. I create brochures, logos, websites - almost any element of print or Internet marketing materials.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I tried most of the classes available at COD to see what type of career I would be best fitted to. Graphic design (initially) was the most interesting and fun for me. I added web design about 5 years after. Basically, people give me things and make them look pretty and give them back - it's a perfect job - and fun!!!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I partner with clients to best fit my services to their individual needs. I become their marketing department.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Being primarily an Internet oriented business, we can work with clients in any geographical area.
What type of payments do you accept?
Accept credit cards and installment payments.
Which areas do you service?
Any.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a small company. I'm the primary owner and worker, but I have a very capable (and original) part time team of free lancers who help with projects on a regular basis.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal business hours.

The best compliment is a referral! I appreciate my clients giving others my name and contact information.
