Opened in 1986 Eleganza is about to celebrate it’s silver anniversary. Rosa is proud of the fact that 24 years ago she helped young families. Whether they sought her advice and great understanding of the four Cs of diamonds or looked to her to help select beautiful baptism and first communion clothing, families enjoyed their experience so much that their children are now coming to Rosa for help. She looks forward to the next generation keeping up the tradition.
