How long have you been in business?
Twenty years, as a full time Broker. Listing and Selling in Dupage, Kane and Cook Counties.
What is your primary product or service?
Listing and Selling Real Estate, the most important investment, your domain.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I thought long and hard about my full time Career, twenty plus years ago. I felt this is a opportunity to improve, not only Wheaton, Dupage County or any place in the State of Illinios but to help people in need. We all need a place to live, so why not find the perfect Home. We are limited with Homes, Condo's Townhomes and Land, (God's not making any more Land.) Let's make the most of what we have!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I think "out of the box," with creative finance and personnalize each of my client's individuals situation. My Clients, needs are my number one priorty. I am a "Real Estate Tax buyer." I am a Landlord, in Dupage County, was in Cook at one time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I can List in the State of Illinois and Sell in other Location, outside of Illinois.
Which areas do you service?
All of Illinios and Dupage, Kane, Will, Lake and parts of Cook.
