How long have you been in business?
been in business since 1994 in Florida ,relocated to Chicago Illinois suburbs in 2015 of February, we changed our name when we moved to Chicago , our former name was Buckets Brooms cleaning service in Florida www.janitorialakecounty.com,my biggest contract was with a construction company cleaning 45 condo buildings at once. .those buildings were for multi millionaires and billionaires
What is your primary product or service?
commercial janitorial office cleaning service, restroom sanitation, commercial buildings ,retail stores and commercial construction site clean up, we do floor stripping waxing & polishing, carpet cleaning ,window cleaning, and commercial construction site clean ups and
apartment building construction site clean ups as well as construction shopping malls, shopping centers and condominiums, we also do cleaning for estate homes to help them to prepare to resell their homes or mansion
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I went to school for janitorial service trade i ,became a janitorial franchise owner with coverall and read tons of books at the library and magazines on the building contractors industry , I have .learned about organizations like issa, boma, and others and continue to educate myself on the building maintance industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we provide excellent customer service, quality service and often ask for referrals from our existing customers, we are different cleaning service because we do both janitorial commercial office cleaning as well as new construction site clean up for large apartment buildings and commercial construction companies that do commercial shopping malls shopping centers and condominium buildings
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
we have 1 location but plan to expand once the business grows with more clients/customers
